Pad Thai & Salmon Burgers

This Dish is VERY TASTY!  The Pad Thai Mix is super healthy and easy as it comes in a bag.  The Salmon is Wild Caught Alaskan Burgers that also very healthy and have a lot of taste.  We have tried turkey and chicken burgers and unless you put a lot of season on them they just don’t cut it.

  • Easy Bites – Pad Thai Mix (1/2 bag) 250 Cal
  • Bunny -Luv – Carrot Chips (1/2 cup)  22 Cal
  • Bell Pepper (1/2) 18 Cal
  • Kroger – Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Burgers (1) 130 Cal

Total Calories: 420

Directions:

Pad Thai

Dice 1/2 Bell Pepper and 1/2 cup carrot pieces into a small pot.  Cover with water and bring to a boil.  Boil 3-4 minutes. Drain most of the water and add the Pad Thai mix, stirring it in.  Simmer for 3 minutes. Add additional seasoning if you wish.

Salmon

Place Salmon patty in a pan, cover and put on medium heat for 1 minute 30 seconds, flip and heat covered for additional 1 minute 30 seconds.

Put both a a plate and you’re done!
