Directions:

  • Slice Avocado, place it , cheese and salsa on tortilla
  • Bring water to boil in egg poaching pan, turn off when at boil.
  • Spray egg pan with olive oil spray and pour in liquid egg whites.
  • Place 2 pieces of Bacon on top of egg poaching lid.
  • Set timer for 4 minutes.
  • Place Bacon on wrap, Place eggs on wrap.
